privacy policy. Your privacy is of extreme importance to us and our
site has been developed with that in mind. We recognize your right
to know what information is being collected about you and how that

do not have to give us any personal information to visit and use
our site.

collect personal identifiable information (name, email address,
etc.) only if specifically and knowingly provided by you. In
some cases, the personal identifiable information you provide

does not identify you personally. We automatically collect

performance or problem areas. We do not track or record

of our Web pages allow you to send us an e-mail. If your e-mail

an electronic mail message containing an inquiry, we will use that

and services in which you have expressed an interest.

Return
Policy & Order Cancellations
Products
purchased on-line through the MissionLiving.com
internet site may be returned provided the product is in brand new
condition meets the following 2 conditions:
1:
Must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) which is obtained from MissionLiving.com
by E-mail or by phone. Any returns sent back to us without a
pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned,
and a handling fee assessed. A RMA# is good for 10 days.
2:
Must be accompanied with its original box, packaging, all manuals and
accessories within 7 days from product receipt by you or a party
designated by you to receive the product.
As of May 01, 2007, there
is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and order cancellations
containing furniture that is built to order.
All custom orders are non-refundable. Items that are considered in stock items do not have a restocking fee and
you will get 100% of the purchase price refunded
(less return
shipping costs). Please note you will also be responsible for ALL
return shipping and
insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you
choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the
Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any
loss or damage. The purchase price will be credited to your credit card
account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in new condition in
conformity with this policy. Please allow 10 business days from when we accept your
product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be
assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
NO
returns on discounted items including Floor samples, discontinued items,
Open boxes, and promotional items.
For any
Product received
that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no
additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or
packing slip) is required for all returns. Credits will only be issued to
the credit card used for the original purchase. The value of missing
accessories and any applicable open box fee will be deducted from the
credit amount of the return.
For
Products that we verify to be defective, we will either replace the unit
or send you replacement
parts at no additional charge. If any product is damaged beyond
simple repair, then we will issue a refund or store credit in the full
amount including shipping charges.

Now ALL
items on the MissionLiving .com Website include Free Standard Shipping to
anywhere in the Contiguous United States (48 states). We ship
via FedEx, USPS, and Common Freight Carrier. Items shipping
with a freight carrier will have items brought to their homes, but not
inside. Please be sure to have 2 or more people there to help
you with the delivery. If you require White Glove service,
please phone in your order and advise us. White glove service
usually adds a significant amount to the total and adds 2-3 weeks to the delivery
time. Generally items
ship within 4 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Higher end
items ship in about 5-6 weeks since they are made to
order. Rush shipments are also available, please contact us
